Practical Information:
Number of participants is limited to 9 people, to facilitate an intimate and authentic experience
Only shared accommodation available, equipped with bathrooms, showers, fridge, kitchen and storage
Option to stay 1 or 2 extra days at Casa Gaiama before and/or after the retreat
Travelling to and from Imperia:
Nearest airports: Nice (FR), Genova (IT), Milano (IT)
From the airport there are buses and trains to Imperia City center
We will pick you up upon arrival at Imperia train station
Deposit:
To secure your space in the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of 2500 DKK (300€) is required upon booking and the final payment is due ca. one month before the retreat starts. I will send you a reminder email.
Change / cancellation policy:
if you cannot join the retreat you can transfer your space to another person, but we unfortunately cannot refund your payment

Such an amazing place, where you can really wind down and get close to yourself. With a yoga platform overlooking the mountains and the ocean, surrounded by olive trees, it’s hard not to fall in love with this place. Emily is a great yoga teacher, and having this retreat in the home she grew up adds an extra genuine feeling to this experience. And, for me unexpectedly, you might even end up with new friends after this retreat.
Emily is an incredible teacher. I always feel safe and held in Emily’s classes and my experience is that she is capable of holding this space for everyone in her classes. She keeps her teachings authentic to the specific people and energy in every class. Also, I love Emily’s use of voice and use of language. I would highly recommend her classes and retreats to everyone with that interest.
