I have 8 years of experience with holding space for different groups of people.

I have hosted 15+ retreats and several different events and courses, both for private and for companies. My offerings can vary and adapt to the needs and desires of the group or specific event.

• Shake the Dust classes (a mix of yoga, HIIT, pilates)

I can come to your space or help you hire a venue / studio in Copenhagen.

My prices for a private event start from 1250 kr (+moms) for 45 minutes session.
