I’m Emily, the founder of EmilivingYoga, and my mission is to inspire you to move with mindfulness, breathe with intention, and act with kindness.

I began my journey studying health science at university, with the goal of becoming a medical researcher. But somewhere along the way, life had other plans. I started teaching yoga as a side gig while still a student, and gradually, yoga evolved from a practice into a lifestyle. Teaching became my way of sharing the profound healing that this lifestyle offers.

Now, I’m here, humbly sharing my journey and the lessons I’m learning along the way, in the hope that they will empower and inspire you as much as they have transformed me.
