Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit has been received and the costumer has sent an email to info@emilivingyoga.com. By making a payment, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Transfer of Booking

If the customer is unable to attend or use the service, they may transfer their spot to another person.

• The customer is responsible for finding a replacement.

• The replacement must be approved by the service provider.

• The transfer must be communicated in writing (email or message) before the service start date.

• Once transferred, all terms apply to the new participant.

No refunds will be issued if a replacement is not found.

Cancellation by Customer

If the customer cancels their booking and does not transfer their spot to another person, the deposit will not be refunded.

Changes & Cancellation by Provider

The service provider reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the service if necessary. In the unlikely event that the service is cancelled by the provider, customers will be offered a refund of payments made. 

Liability

Participation in the service is at the customer’s own risk. The service provider is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.
