I am passionate and devoted to create gatherings that deepen our connections, awaken our sense of aliveness, and nurture greater compassion to ourselves and others. Retreats, even one day ones, are an invitation to simply BE and replenish your spirit.

10.30 Arrival
11.00-12.30 Movement – a mix of yoga and shake the dust
12.30-13.30 Organic plant-based lunch prepared by Siigurd (the owner of Seeds of Life)
14.00-15.00 Sauna Rituals
15.00-15.30 snack and chats break
15.30-17.00 ending circle - ceremonial cacao, journalling and sharing
