Just roll out of bed, roll out your mat and show up for you.
We will awaken the body temple with nourishing movements and
cultivate awareness of our breath and senses.
​
Every session lasts 45 minutes and will end with a journalling prompt,
so have your pen and paper ready for the end of the class, if you´d like to stay and journal for 5 extra minutes.
