A Ceremony of Past, Present, Future

I invite you to join me in ceremony to say farewell to 2024 and to welcome the year to come.

We will move, meditate, journal and share. All practices will focus on celebrating the present, letting go of what is not serving us, and on setting new intentions for the future.

Dates: Sunday 29 December 2024

Time: 14.00 - 16.00

Location: my home in Frederiksberg (close to Fuglebakken St)

What to bring : yoga mat, a blanket, your journal + pen

Price : 250 kr

Also included: ceremonial cacao and snack

Who: Women (both cis and trans), people on the trans spectrum, non-binary people, and anyone who feels aligned with or impacted by the themes of womanhood is welcome

PS : to seal the ceremony you are also invited to join me in my annual tradition of dipping in the sea on1st of January morning

Whether you have joined an event like this before or not you are welcome, just as you are.

This will be an intimate, soft and cosy space for us to practice together, and to check in with our heart, mind and body.

The sharing is always optional, an opportunity open up to the group an share whatever you are sitting with, or to simply listen with compassion
